Hong Kong scoring

When a player wins (食糊), add up the faan (番) from the hand's patterns, cap at the 13-faan limit (滿貫), then read off the points and settle up.

Payout

• Self-draw (自摸): all three other players each pay the winner the full value — and it counts +1 faan.
• Off a discard (出銃): only the player who discarded the winning tile pays; the others pay nothing.

• 小三元 (5) · 大三元 (8) · 小四喜 (6) · 大四喜 / 十三么 / 九蓮寶燈 / 字一色 = limit
• 門前清 concealed (+1) · 槓上開花 · 搶槓 · 海底/河底 (+1 each) · 番子 & 花 (1 each)

Faan values follow a common HK ruleset — they're a helper, not a referee. This tool sums whatever you tap (it won't stop you double-counting a combined pattern with its parts), so adjust to your table's house rules.
